Cutler tides
Predicted from Cutler, Little River, NOAA station 8411060, 1 miles away. The range here is eleven to thirteen feet. That is enough to change what a place looks like between one visit and the next: bars appear, causeways flood, and a boat left on the mud at low water will be afloat by teatime. Check before walking out to anything. Heights in feet above MLLW. Also covers the Bold Coast, Little River Light, Western Head and Cutler Harbor.

About Cutler
Home to some of the most dramatic coastal hiking in the eastern United States, Cutler covers the towering cliffs of the Bold Coast, the Little River Light, Western Head, and the sheltered Cutler Harbor. Adventurers come here to hike the precipitous Bold Coast trails, take puffin-watching tours to Machias Seal Island, and explore the working harbor. The massive tidal range dictates the schedule of the entire local fishing fleet; recreational boaters and hikers also track the tides, knowing a low tide exposes the rugged, rocky coves along the Bold Coast trails for remote, pristine tide pooling.
