Nantucket tides
Predicted from Nantucket, NOAA station 8449130, 0 miles away. This is the sound side of the Cape, where the range is small — two to three feet — because Nantucket and the Vineyard shelter it from the open Atlantic. Fifteen miles north, on Cape Cod Bay, the same tide runs nine or ten feet. Do not carry a time or a height across the Cape. Heights in feet above MLLW. Also covers Nantucket Harbor, Surfside, Madaket, Great Point and Siasconset.

About Nantucket
Sitting 30 miles out to sea, this deeply historic whaling island covers Nantucket Harbor, Surfside, Madaket, Great Point, and Siasconset. The upscale, rugged lifestyle includes 4WD access to the remote Great Point, surf casting for bluefish, and strolling the cobblestone streets. Driving an ORV out to the Great Point Lighthouse demands strict tidal planning; the 7-mile route features incredibly soft, narrow sand that becomes completely impassable and dangerous during a high tide, meaning drivers must time their journey with low water.
