About St. Martins

A picturesque, historic shipbuilding village, St. Martins covers the massive sea caves, the covered bridges, the Fundy Trail Parkway, and Melvin Beach. The area is highly prized for sea kayaking, lighthouse landmark photography, extreme low-tide walking, and salmon river views. The sea caves at St. Martins are the star attraction and are entirely tide-dependent; visitors must arrive at a dead low tide to literally walk on the ocean floor directly into the massive, red-rock cavern interiors that are completely inaccessible and underwater at high tide.
